REFLECTING ON 2019 MILESTONES
Flipcause made #233 on the Inc. 500 list!
We were the 233rd fastest-growing company in America, the 41st in California, and 31st in the software category. We’re so proud of the work everyone has put in to get us here!
In 2019, we also made the biggest upgrade to Flipcasuse in our history – we released Universal Checkout. Supporters can now complete any variety of actions with a single transaction, such as volunteer and buy a tee-shirt and donate all at the same time.
We fully launched Flipcause CRM – and decided to drop the pricing completely. It’s now included for free with Flipcause subscriptions!
This year, the world felt the poignance of cybersecurity threats in a new way. In response to the kinds of attacks we’ve seen across the space, we implemented even more robust security and fraud protection systems into Flipcause. We’re proud to say we continue with a perfect track record, with $0 lost to fraudulent attempts. Keeping your hard-earned funding and trusted data safe continues to be as important as ever.
Our engineering team pushed 4,500 improvements live on Flipcause – and 2,300 of those were in direct response to your ideas and requests.
We’re honored to get to continue a constant development cycle that is in active collaboration with our partnered nonprofits!
We’re proud to announce that in all of December, we’ve maintained a 100% server uptime, including on Giving Tuesday. We’ve ensured our server load capacity is over ten times more than our highest projected actual volume, and are more than ready to support you in the biggest giving day of the season, December 31st.
All this to say, this year we’ve been busy behind the scenes building an incredibly powerful infrastructure for you for years to come.
